NanoLabMaker is Temporarily Closed
NanoLabMaker is currently closed to new orders while I focus entirely on resolving and completing the orders already in my queue.
I have fallen significantly behind, and rather than continue taking new work while trying to catch up, I am stopping here and putting my attention toward making things right with the customers who have already trusted me with their orders and masters.
If You Have an Open Order
Over this week and next week, I will be working through outstanding orders and getting as many completed and shipped as possible. If you are waiting on an order, you can expect shipping information and/or an update from me as I work through the remaining queue.
If you do not want to continue waiting and would prefer your money back, please contact the bank or card issuer you used for your purchase and initiate a chargeback/dispute for the unfulfilled order.
This will allow your financial institution to begin the process of returning your funds directly to you as quickly as possible.
I will not contest legitimate chargebacks for orders that have not been fulfilled.
If I Have Your Dice Masters
If I currently have masters belonging to you and you would like them returned, please complete the Master Return Request form below.
What Happens After This?
Once the existing order queue and outstanding customer obligations are resolved, NanoLabMaker will most likely remain closed for regular ordering.
I may occasionally reopen for a very limited number of custom projects or specialty work, but I do not currently plan to return to the previous open-shop format.
Right now, my priority is simple: finish what I can, return what needs to be returned, and make sure the people who have been waiting on me are taken care of.
