Dice Mold FAQ

What should I do if my mold is damaged, defective or the incorrect mold?

Please contact me within 7 days of receipt by prior to casting in the mold.

Please include a photo and your order number so I can get a solution worked out as quickly as possible for you!

Can you sell the things you create with my molds?

Yes, you can sell any dice, earrings, ornaments or flats you make with my molds. Font Licensing information will be in the tab below.

What type of silicone do you use for the molds?

I use a Smooth - On Platinum cure silicone called Mold Star 15 Slow - you can find the MSDS for this silicone here:

What pressure can I safely use with your molds?

45psi is the highest I recommend you go when casting in my molds. 

 Shipping FAQ

Where Your Order Comes From & How Fast We'll Get It Out:

Your treasures are packed and shipped from my little workshop here in Georgia! If you ordered ready-to-ship items like pigments, inclusions, or earring kits, they'll ship within 2 business days. My handmade dice molds need a bit more time – please allow 7-14 business days before they head out. Just a heads-up, it's just me here, so sometimes things take a tad longer. I'll always do my best to keep you posted!

How We'll Get Your Package to You:

For those of you in the US, packages usually arrive within 2-7 business days via USPS (unless you pick another option at checkout). International orders can take 2-8 weeks, depending on where you are and how things are moving with the postal service.

International Shipping:

I ship to Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Switzerland, Italy, and South Korea but Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes (including Value Added Tax or VAT), and customs fees. These charges are determined and levied by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. NanoLabMaker, LLC is not responsible for these additional costs.

Keeping Track of Your Order:

You'll get an email with a tracking number when your package ships.

Give the tracking info about 48 hours to update.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping email, email me at info@nanolabmaker.com with your name and order number. I'll look into it!

Oh No! My Package is Lost or Damaged:

Every package is insured (that's the handling fee you may have seen)!

If your package goes missing, email me at info@nanolabmaker.com, and we'll file a claim and get you a refund or replacement.

If your goodies arrive damaged, send photos of the damaged items and packaging to info@nanolabmaker.com. They're needed for the insurance claim.

Returns & Refunds - Keeping it Simple:

Because of the unique nature of my products, all sales are final, unless your items arrive damaged during shipping.

If damage happens during shipping, we'll work with you through an insurance claim.
