Y’all deserve an honest explanation.

This is now my fourth shop move, and it’s become pretty clear that my current setup isn’t working. Between life, health issues, power outages, and trying to keep up with everything else on my plate, I’ve fallen behind more than I’m comfortable with.

There’s no excuse for some of the wait times, and I’m sorry.

Rather than continue accepting orders while existing customers wait, I’m pressing pause and focusing entirely on getting caught up.

If you’ve already placed an order, you’re still in the queue and actively being worked on.
