All orders with the exception of commission orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom and Commission orders are typically shipped out in 3-5 weeks unless otherwise specified when we go over your design!
Once shipped, packages shipped within the US should arrive within 5-7 business days (if not sooner) via First Class Mail unless otherwise chosen during shipping. International packages typically take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on your location - this can vary greatly with ever changing processes within the USPS.

How do I check the status of my order?
